By accessing or using InjusticeGods (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

InjusticeGods is an unofficial fan resource providing:

• Informational guides, tier lists, and strategy content for Injustice: Gods Among Us Mobile
• Information about game modifications (mods) for educational purposes
• A shop selling legitimate in-game redemption codes through authorized channels
• Community features (links to Discord, Reddit, social media)

We are not a game developer, publisher, or affiliated with Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., NetherRealm Studios, or DC Comics.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

What You're Buying

Shop purchases are for official in-game redemption codes only. We do not sell accounts, generated codes, hacked resources, or any unauthorized digital goods.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full payment card details. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Delivery

Codes are delivered via email and on-screen confirmation. Most deliveries are instant; allow up to 15 minutes during high traffic. We are not responsible for email delays or spam filtering.

Redemption

You are responsible for redeeming codes in-game via the official redemption system. Codes are case-sensitive. Test immediately upon receipt.

Refunds

48-hour money-back guarantee for unredeemed codes only. Once redeemed, refunds are not possible per platform/publisher policy. Contact support for exceptional cases.

Regional Restrictions

Some codes may be region-locked. Check product pages for supported regions. We cannot guarantee functionality in unsupported regions.

Mod information is provided for educational and awareness purposes only.

• We do not create, host, distribute, or endorse modified game files
• Using mods violates the game's Terms of Service
• Mods can result in permanent account bans, device bans, and progress loss
• Third-party mod downloads (especially .apk/.exe files) are common malware vectors
• We strongly recommend using secondary accounts for any mod testing
• Never use mods in multiplayer modes (affects other players)

You assume all risks from using mod information. We are not liable for any consequences.

Original content (guides, articles, images, code) is owned by InjusticeGods and licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). You may share with attribution for non-commercial purposes; no derivatives without permission.

Game Assets

Injustice: Gods Among Us characters, images, names, and assets are property of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and NetherRealm Studios. Used under fair use for commentary, criticism, and education.

User Submissions

By submitting content (guide contributions, feedback, etc.), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute your submission with attribution.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of guides and information
• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free access
• Security or freedom from viruses/malware

Game updates may render guides outdated. We update regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INJUSTICEGODS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Account bans, progress loss, or device bans from mod usage
• Shop delivery issues, code failures, or redemption problems
• Malware, viruses, or security issues from third-party links/downloads
• Actions of third-party sites or service providers

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NO PAYMENTS).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InjusticeGods and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your mod usage or shop code resale
• Your submissions or contributions to the Site

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (JAMS rules) on an individual basis. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may also bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 survive termination.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent
• Force Majeure: Not liable for delays due to events beyond our control
